Chad has over 32 years of experience in meeting clients' special needs, as well as those of their private business or practice. He served the needs of privately held middle market businesses in the Houston, Texas market during the first 10 years of his career as a Commercial Banker. Chad has focused the past 22 years on the needs of high net worth and ultra-high net worth families in Louisiana and Mississippi. Prior to co-founding Gulf Point Advisors, he was a Senior Private Banker with J.P. Morgan for six years, where in addition to his client management responsibilities, he managed the local Analyst and Associate programs. Chad was a Senior Vice President with Bank of America/U.S. Trust prior to joining J.P. Morgan.
Chad is a native of Boutte, Louisiana, and a summa cum laude graduate of Louisiana State University in Finance. He holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses through LPL Financial. He is an active volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America Southeast Louisiana Council, where he serves on the Executive Board, and received the Silver Beaver award in 2008. He is also active with Knights of Columbus Council 2409 based at St. Anthony of Padua church in Luling, a member of the Ducks Unlimited St. Charles Parish committee, and an active Rotarian with Rotary Club of St. Charles Parish. Chad enjoys hunting and fishing in the coastal marshes of south Louisiana in his spare time. He and his wife, Tara, reside in Luling and have three adult children.
